The FIELD STATION | NATURAE OBSERVATIO is a unique and tested autonomous micro field station system developed to observe biospheres without disturbing Nature. It is adapted to be flexible, field dignified and robust. A platform for scientific observations as well as documentation of a landscape, developed by a group of international specialists led by The IK Foundation as an enterprise project ‘To understand Planet Earth’.

To discover more about the possibilities of this field station system, you're welcome to see the film presentation! It is a three part inspiring factual film, which gives an insight into the possibilities of the system and invites external projects to use the concept.

The IK Foundation is now preparing several projects with field station observations in the framework of the Bridge Builder Expedition projects. Until the global pandemic is brought under control, the continuation of both soft and hardware is being undertaken within the project. We welcome ideas from interested parties!

To stimulate knowledge of our shared planet through monitoring our natural world, we also invite external projects and organisations to use the micro field system in their own projects, without disturbing Nature.
