OVERVIEW | The IK Workshop Society
BACKGROUND
The IK Workshop Society is a global and unique forum for all who are interested in Natural & Cultural History. The Workshop was launched on 22 November 2012 – at the time for an idea seminar held at the Swedish Parliament House in Stockholm. It was created and is run as part of the mission pursued by The IK Foundation since 1988, namely to promote Natural & Cultural History.

In accordance with The IK Workshop Society’s motto of “Sharing Observations to Understand Planet Earth”, all work is done within the framework of a Creative Commons licence.
PEOPLE & NETWORKS
Every subject division has an advisory committee to develop the work, while overall responsibility rests with the Head of The IK Foundation. In the editorial work of iMAGAZINE, THE PINE CONE JOURNAL and the ADD KNOWLEDGE facility, The IK Workshop Society cooperates with a large number of affiliated editors, specialists and organisations in various scientific subject fields.
TECHNOLOGY
